Mission Statement

Fandema International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable economic development in rural Gambia. Through recoverable grants, agricultural training, and technical support, we empower smallholder farmers to build profitable and environmentally sustainable enterprises that improve household incomes, strengthen food security, and restore natural ecosystems.

Vision Statement

We envision a Gambia where every rural smallholder farmer has access to the capital, knowledge, and community support needed to build a prosperous and resilient livelihood. We aspire to a future where communities are economically self-sufficient, environmentally resilient, and no longer dependent on external support.
